Table Scraps! Placemats and Table Runner
Gather your favorite jelly roll and a bit of background fabric and brighten up your table for fall.
This table runner with matching placemats can be fun in any fabric, or special with holiday themes.
If you love the "scrappy" look, this may be the time to use some of your scraps.
The Braid template by Kate Colleran will very helpful, but you can make templates if you choose.
We will make at least one placemat and start the runner in class.

Table Scraps Pattern
Kate Colleran small braid template
Braid fabrics 8-9 2/12 inch strips for runner, 6 strips for 2 placemats
Runner sashing and borders fabric: 1/2 yard
placemat fabric b: 1/4 yard
placemat fabric c: 1/4 yard
binding: 1 1/4 yard
backing: 1 1/2 yard
