Getting to Know Your Sewing Machine

This is class that will teach you:

- how to get to know your sewing machine
- how to thread the top and fill the bobbin (what's a bobbin?)
- how to use and care for your machine.
- the names and uses of the feet that came with your machine.

- different types of fabrics and thread and uses for each.

All brands of machines are welcome.

What to bring:  Machine, power cord, foot pedal, all accessories including presser feet, and a manual if you have it.

Please note that this is NOT a beginner sewing class. You will do some sewing to learn how to master the basics of your machine, but there is not a project per se.

**If you have a new machine and have little to no experience with sewing, you should take this class before taking a beginning sewing class.**
